[Projects] Designing Interactive Play for Autism in Schools

My fourth year individual project in Interactive Media Design.

Designing Interactive Play for Autism in Schools was my final year personal project contributing to my undergraduate degree in Interactive Media Design. The project can be separated into two main elements:

Firstly, understanding the design challenge of designing interactive media, for school environments, that supports the education of autistic children. This was done via various research and ethnographic methods.

Secondly, creating an innovative approach to communicating and presenting the findings. My final solution has taken the form of a booklet, which was on display at the 2008 Degree Show at Duncan of Jordanstone.
